GLUTS + CARDIO [EXAMPLE 2]


(also works with ankle weights or loop band)

5 exercises, 30 sec on each, 2 rounds [ass, cardio]

1. Side long leg donkey kicks 

2. Rainbow leg side to back

3. Knee repeater with hop

4. Arabesque balance

5.Single-leg plank into standing knee drive

LEGS + CARDIO [EXAMPLE 3]


3mins. 30secs on each 

(Loop around thighs, finger tips on barre)

1.Plie in first position

2.Hold down butterfly legs

3.Parallel squat jumps in and out

4.Hold down lift heels, knee openers

5. Side to side shuffle jumps

6. Crawl out plank straddle & jump up

*2 min optional add on*

Roll back for reverse burpee & jump pushing on barre- MOD: chair lifts, optional jump

Hold on back in dead bug pushing bands to thighs for ALAP
